We only refund items if they are defective or damaged. Our policy lasts for 14 days since your purchase date. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund unfortunately.

 

To complete your refund, we require a picture of the damaged item as well as a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where we do not refund if it’s not a fault from our side as all items are thoroughly checked before we dispatch it to see if they are in a good condition.

 

There are several types of items that cannot be refunded, for example, perishable goods such a lipsticks, eyeliners and mascaras.
