The convenience of having your order delivered to your door anywhere in SA. Standard shipping fee from R100 via The Courier Guy depending on your location.
You will be given the total cost of your order including your shipping fee after your address has been entered and before you make payment.
As soon as payment is received your order will be processed and a tracking number will be sent out to you.
We always strive to process and get out all orders as quick as possible, but this can take up to 3-7 working days, depending on the volume of orders, which is our standard turn around time. When working out when your delivery should arrive, don’t forget to add in the turn around time. Your patience in this regard will be highly appreciated.
We always send a shipping confirmation email once an order is shipped by us. This email will contain a tracking link for all orders which you can use to track your parcel.
Please take note The Pink Box SA cannot be responsible for orders which go missing after The Courier Guy has confirmed delivery to the address you provided us with when you ordered.
If the official tracking information shows that your parcel has been delivered but you haven’t received it, it is your responsibility to contact The Courier Guy for Enquiries on thecourierguy.co.za
Make sure you have your tracking number on hand when doing so in order for them to assist you. Please notify us in this regard as we will do our best to help you.
